Initiating an engagement
- The Executive Director of each BBBS Agency can initiate a direct Attorney-Client engagement with Foley & Foley, PC (the "Firm").
- The President and CEO of the Firm and the Executive Director will confirm the terms of the engagement via email.
- The Firm is offering five fixed-fee “marketplace” engagement options to provide each BBBS agency with solutions to your agency's people strategy imperative:

BBBS Marketplace
Payment for fixed-fee engagements & services
Payment for any of the Firm's fixed-fee services is due in full when the service commences. Each BBBS agency that initiates a direct Attorney-Client engagement with the Firm is directly and solely responsible for paying the Firm's fees.
- Payment for a la carte fixed-fee services is due in full when the service commences.
- Payment of the fixed monthly fee under the HR Outsourcing fixed fee option is due in full within the first ten calendar days of the month that the service is in effect.
Engagements outside the five fixed-fee options
Pricing for each marketplace program is listed on the program page. For engagements that fall outside of the five fixed-fee options, the Firm's standard hourly rates in calendar year 2026 will apply:
